Squeezing farm-fresh vegetables and fruits from over Japan all by ourselves.

Press and squeeze in low temperature, then make only the liquid as juice,

which requires a surprisingly large amounts of vegetables and fruits to make one bottle.

Because there remains lots of values in the leftovers from the squeezing process,

we decided to reuse leftovers - the fibers and nutrients - as composts.

Oh but still we have got the leftover pulps with in the vivid colors of nutrient vegetables and fruits.

Let's use the dyes for something else!
